We rented a flat trailer to haul a vehicle. The attendant was very helpful. The only issue was the tie downs that came with the trailer were rusty and took some effort to get them to tighten down properly.

We purchased a new Stihl chainsaw and several accessories. Ken and the other employees were very polite and helpful. Their knowledge about the equipment and using it was great. We also checked into some items for our camper and they were helpful in giving us the information we needed. Highly recommend this business because of the items they have and the customer service they provide.

My company was hired to assist a couple with coordinating their wedding day recently, and I had the most pleasant experience working Janice & the US Rents It team. Super friendly, easy to talk to, and delivered everything as promised. They walked me through working the interior and exterior lighting to make sure I understood how to use everything correctly, which made it easier for me to deliver smooth service for the couple. Would definitely recommend them!
